For some reason, I need to install windows 7 on a mini PC which does not come with CD/DVD Rom. I found this tool (made by .Net c#)from Microsoft save you all the hassle from choosing an ISO file to make the USB bootable in a few clicks. It’s a handy tool for people who runs a few computers at home or work. Works for Windows 7 and Windows 8 Developer Preview!!!
